As all of our tours are completely private and personal, you’ll have flexibility to modify the stops on the day. Just talk to your guide to see what is possible. The itinerary below is an example of a standard itinerary for this tour.

1. Hotel Pick Up - We will collect you from your hotel in one of our comfortable vehicles at around 9am. On our way to Fontainebleau our licensed guide will give you an introduction to the history of the the Palace. The drive will take approximately 1 hour.
2. Fontainebleau Palace - Once we arrive to Fontainebleau Palace your guide will skip you past the queues and head straight in to commence your personalized private tour. The highlight here is the stunning Gallery of Francis I.
3. Lunch Stop - We'll take a break to enjoy lunch in the charming town of Barbizon where your guide will be able to recommend a suitable restaurant for you.
4. Vaux-le-Vicomte Château - After lunch we will take you to Vaux le Vicomte, again you'll skip past the queues. Your personalized guided tour through the château will last for approximately an hour. The highlight here are the incredible gardens designed by Andre le Notre. Plus, you'll also have a chance to climb the Bell Tower where you can get some great photos of the estate.
5. Return to Hotel - Once we are finished strolling in the gardens we will start the drive back to Paris. We aim to return you to your hotel at around 6pm. If you’d prefer us to take you to a bar or restaurant to continue your evening in Paris then please let us know.
